高开路电压(Voc)和潮湿气氛条件下的弱稳定性(moisture stability)使得无机钙钛矿太阳能电池(inorganic perovskite solar cells, IPSCs)无法达到实际应用的要求。中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所光伏材料与器件团队的方俊锋开发了双重保护策略:将三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMTA)掺杂入钙钛矿吸光材料层中,将2-噻吩碘甲胺(2-thiophenemethylammonium iodide, Th-NI)分子用于修饰在界面处消除缺陷位点。
