通过无偏压光电化学分解水对InGaN纳米棒光电极有广泛前景,但是该过程的应用受到InGaN纳米棒中体相、界面上严重的载流子复合作用抑制,有鉴于此,华南理工大学李国强、王文樑,天津电源研究所刘兴江等报道了一种Z结构InGaN纳米棒/Cu2O纳米粒子异质结构光催化剂,首次显著改善界面电荷传输的效果。
