二维Ruddlesden–Popper(RP)型混合钙钛矿近期在铁电材料领域得到快速发展,但是其本征van der Waals能带较弱,导致稳定性有缺陷。因此,目前亟需通过降低层间能垒改善RP钙钛矿材料的铁电性质。有鉴于此,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所孙志华等报道了通过氢键作用降低二维RP型钙钛矿材料的van der Waals能垒,同时改善其铁电性能。
