表面偏析是促进双金属PtxNiy纳米合金催化剂的碱性条件HER催化活性的有效方法,有鉴于此,北京工业大学刘宁等报道了一种通过H2作为结构导向剂(SDA)在PtNi-n样品(低Pt担载量Pt/Ni=0.2)的表面引发Pt界面原位偏析。特别的,当在0.3 MPa H2 中合成的PtNi5-0.3催化剂实现了超低的过电势,具体在-10 mA cm-2电流密度中过电势仅仅26.8 mV,Tafel斜率为19.2 mV dec-1。该催化剂的性能比以往报道的大多数PtxNiy催化剂相比,展示了更高的催化活性。
