华东理工大学杨武林、邓卫平,清华大学田博学等报道了一种Ir/NHC催化剂体系用于实现2-吲哚烯丙基碳酸酯、烯醇底物之间的立体选择性、区域选择性[3+2]、[3+3]成环反应。该反应方法学中,NHC配体催化剂能够通过简单改变反应条件,让烯醇中间体在高烯醇化、烯醇化之间调控和转化,能够对产物结构进行预测,兼容甲酰基环丙烷官能团。
