咔咯的衍生物分子meso-oxoisocorrole虽然表现出交叉共轭结构,但是理论上发现该分子可能是反芳香性的。有鉴于此,釜山国立大学Manho Lim,日本京都大学Takayuki Tanaka、Atsuhiro Osuka,韩国延世大学Dongho Kim等报道通过相关实验研究,验证了该结构分子的反芳香性。作者通过简单合成方法通过MnO2作为氧化剂合成了meso-oxoisocorrole,随后通过NMR、UV/Vis、FT-IR、瞬态吸收光谱、循环伏安、XAS等表征方法对该分子结构进行表征。
