有鉴于此,广西大学苏通明、秦祖赠等报道发展一种超薄2D/2D Ti3C2Tx/ZnIn2S4异质结结构材料,这种材料通过超薄的ZnIn2S4与少层Ti3C2Tx通过静电力自组装获得。
