东京理科大学Akihiko Kudo等报道通过通量法(flux method)合成了(CuGa)0.5ZnS2作为CO2还原光催化剂,使用H2O作为电子供体,通过(CuGa)0.5ZnS2作为光催化剂、 RGO-(CoOx/BiVO4)作为产氧光催化剂组装了可见光光催化体系,无需添加剂,在1 atm O2气氛可见光催化,实现了CO2还原为CO、同时生成H2和O2。当在光催化反应过程中加入NaHCO3或者NaOH,反应中CO的产率和选择性能够提高。
