硅基异质结太阳能电池的内建电场能够通过选择性掺杂实现较高的效率,但是钙钛矿太阳能电池难以实现类似效果。这是因为钙钛矿太阳能电池中难以实现可控的掺杂。
有鉴于此,苏州大学李耀文、胡志军等报道一种非常有效的方法,向组分为FA0.92MA0.08PbI3钙钛矿中掺杂具有高极化率的有机铁电材料PVDF:DH(polyvinylidene fluoride:dabcoHReO4),得到的钙钛矿器件能够通过内建电场进行工作。
