有鉴于此,大连理工大学侯军刚等报道在BiVO4基底上担载MXene量子点或者二维MXene纳米片,随后与薄层羟基氧化物产氧助催化剂、MoOx结合组装,得到集成型光阳极,展示了优异的光电产氧性能。
