为了发展芯片生物电子学器件,韩国中央大学Sung Kyu Park、Yong-Hoon Kim等报道提出了结构对称的具有离子凝胶栅电介质与面内Corbino电极结构的门控金属氧化物双电层晶体管。
通过无定形In-Ga-Zn氧化物半导体和离子凝胶介电层,建立低电压驱动的双电层晶体管,实现了较好的离子电子学效应。
