当植物感受胁迫时能够释放分子激活防御体系,通过探测这种与压力有关的分子能够帮助理解胁迫的发生,避免其成长为疾病。但是探测活体植物的内源性信号分子非常困难,因为通常此类分子的浓度非常低,而且与其他化合物之间相互干扰。此外,现有的相关方法通常采取侵入式,并且耗费较多人力。
有鉴于此,首尔大学Seon-Yeong Kwak、Dae Hong Jeong等报道发展了一种非破坏性的表面增强拉曼光谱表征技术进行实时监控活体植物在遭受多种胁迫时的多种相关分子信号。
