钙钛矿光吸收层的体相和表面是影响载流子传输以及钙钛矿电池长期稳定性的两个关键因素。
有鉴于此,陕西师范大学刘生忠Shengzhong (Frank) Liu、赵婉亘Wangen Zhao等报道将2-乙基己酸铅以反溶剂的方式引入钙钛矿薄膜,从而能够调控晶化反应动力学过程,实现了高晶化度的钙钛矿薄膜。
