殷亚东课题组首次证明Cs4PbBr6转化为CsPbBr3,利用过度生长方法制备产CsPbBr3 纳米花。从Cs4PbBr6到CsPbBr3的相变,从十二个顶点生长十二个分支,产生具有高光致发光量子产率(50%)和窄半峰全宽(18nm)的CsPbBr3纳米晶。此外,采用CsPbBr3纳米花的白色发光二极管显示出135%的色域。
