澳门大学邢贵川联合多家单位采用了叔丁基铵(t-BA)掺入到三维钙钛矿中,不仅提高了薄膜的稳定性,而且大大降低了陷阱密度,提高了钙钛矿薄膜的流动性。基于t-BA掺杂的三元钙钛矿太阳能电池的效率为20.62%(0.04 cm2),证大面积(20.8 cm2)的模组效率为14.54%。稳定性较对应的三维钙钛矿,t-BA掺杂的体系有了大幅度提升。
